BBQ

We had a BBQ at Casper's apartment's roof .

We used the emergency light to light up the spase . Matt told us the differents between America and Taiwan . They have hamburgers , steaks , fishes without bones for BBQ in America . In Taiwan , we have chicken , pork , and whole fishes for BBQ.

The view is so beautiful . Even we watched the fireworks later the night in the roof .

We took some special photoes . We really had fun , and I miss the BBQ that night .

The Fu Long Beach

On July 24 , we went to the Fu Long Beach . It was a cloudy and rainning day . We had been wet before arrived the beach . We didn't care about it . The waves were big . And I don't have swim trunks . So I used the kickboard to avoid being drowned .

















The bridge links the river and the sea .

We had the famous Fu Long lunch boxs for our dinner .

I love beaches ! And we had a good time .

King Car Co.

On July 22 , we visived King Car Chung Li Plant . First we watched the video . We know that King Car is a famous enterprise in Taiwan . King Car constantly pursue excellence and to build a professional business .



After the video and discussion , we went to visit the production process for canning line . When I saw the blending area of carbonated drink , I thought I don’t drink carbonated drink anymore . Althought I don’t know truly what is in the two big metal pails , I guess there are all chemicals . It is not good for our health .
















With the spirit of “Pursuing of Excellence” in mind , King Car is a leading company in the market of ready-to-drink coffee now . King Car not only emphasized to make a profit , but also fulfill their motto of care for society . King Car founded the education foundation to organize many recreational camps activities domestically and overseas to educate the next generation in concepts of healthy recreation . It is a great contribution to society . I think it is very good .

Kalaoke

It was really interesting to go to kalaoke with foreigners . They sang some famous English songs . Students of CYCU sang some famous Taiwanese songs and taught foreigners to dance .

Sport

No matter where you come , everybody needs to excersice . I like playing badmiton .

Visited San Ho Paper & Carton Co.

On July 22 , we went to the San Ho Paper & Carton Co. , Ltd . The guide introduced much imformation of the company to us and then took us to the factory . I didn’t know this company before . Through the introduction , I was amazed that the San Ho Paper & Carton Co. , Ltd has branches in China and cooperates with many famous companies . Such as AU optronics , Uni-President enterprises , Far Eastern textile , Sanyo Co. , and 3M .

Their products and service items contain corrugated fiber board , corrugated fiber board boxes , laminated boxes , corrugated fiber board pallets , EPE/cushioning materials , packaging design , repackaing services . We saw the manufacturing process of those products in the factory . The people who work in the factory are hard . There is no air conditioner and there is such a loud noise . We also visited the department of research and development where the chief researches and designs the packages for their customers . Even they bought various kinds of fruit and vegetables to put in the new product to drop test . The samples which they made and designed in the room are top confidential . So we were informed of no photos . I felt that it was a pity .

Opening Ceremory

On July 12 , there was a banquet in a restaurant on campus . We met some professors and new members of Business Camp . Afer that , we got to enjoy the buffet .
There had meat , vegetables , traditional snacks , ice cream , and some fruits .







We had the first class in the afternoon . Dr. Jih tought us about the knoeledge economic . In that class , we seperated into groups . My teammates are JJ , Matt , and Stanley . We were asked to apply for a blog and discuss . I had the stress of the first discussion .

Toastmasters Club

On July 9 , it was my first time to attend the Toast Master Club . The purpose of the organization is to improve people's speaking skills . In the meeting , Paulina , Becky , and Ivan were asked to join the Table Topic Session . They all performed well . After that , we went to eat night snacks and had a good time in the second round . I felt happy to know so many new friends .

The First Day

On July 9 , there was a orientation for Business Camp . We introduced ourselves to the other people. They all seemed friendly . Afer the orientation , Lydie , Lynn and me accompanied Ankit to eat lunch in a vegetarian restaurant . And then we went to the RT-Market . We can buy various foods and articals for daily use there . There are also some game machines in the RT-Market . We played the basketball machine .
